The Third Annual Garden City Grooves (GCG) Music Festival will be “the Mothership” for all things funk, soul and groove in 2015. GCG takes place October 1-3 in live music venues in historic downtown Victoria, as well hosting a new and unique event at Lighthouse Brewing Company in Esquimalt.
