This is one of my faves……a track off of Lalah Hathaway’s newest album called, “Where It All Begins”. The whole album is quite tasty, but this track stood out to me. The groove, the bass playing, the use of brushes, these women’s voices…..I can go on and on. It’s a great study on songwriting, arrangement, production and background vocal arranging too.
