It’s such an honour to kick off the 2025 Artist Spotlight Series with Coastal Jazz! I’ve called Vancouver home my whole life, and it’s wild to think how much this city and the incredible music community within it has shaped me. From gospel and R&B to jazz, funk, and soul, I’ve always followed the rhythm of what moves me. And that rhythm keeps leading me back to where it all started: right here. I’ve been cooking up some new music, and I’m so excited to share it with you live at the Vancouver Art Gallery and šxʷƛ ̓ ənəq Xwtl’e7énḵ Square on June 22 at 6:30 PM. And yes — it’s FREE.
